In addition, the City does not have the ability to add additional storage as data needs continue to grow.

The City sought competitive bids for the procurement and implementation of a new data storage solution to replace the current EMC solution that was purchased in 2014. The lowest and best bid offered the needed implementation services at a total cost of $162,243.69, which includes all needed hardware, installation of the same, and maintenance for a three-year period.

This agreement is no longer viable due to vendor resource restrictions. A contract for these services will be solicited through informal bidding procedures.
