Title
Authorizing the mayor to enter into agreements to update the pavement condition index ratings for the improved residential roadway system and pavement management system; waiving the competitive bidding requirements of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.

Body
SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The contract will utilize approximately $330,000 of already appropriated funding that was appropriated and authorized for expenditure under ordinances 109-18, 186-19, and 12-22. Ratings are done on a 3-year cycle. It is critical that ERI be utilized to maintain consistency in the PCI ratings and consistency of the data in the pavement management system.
