SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
Many of the goods and services required for the routine function of Water Distribution operations are recurring and expected. Funding is subject to appropriation. This ordinance authorizes the contracting for routine yet necessary goods and services for up to a one-year period with the option for up to 3 additional renewals of one-year each. Competitive procurement is required.
