Authorizing the expenditure of $185,200 from the Street Construction, Maintenance and Repair Fund for the purchase of one (1) Case Backhoe with attachments, one (1) Case 24" Skid Steer Cold Planer attachment and two (2) Crash Attenuator Trailers; waiving competitive bid provisions of TMC Chapter 187 with respect to the Cold Planer attachment; authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and award contracts; and declaring an emergency.

The Division of Streets, Bridges & Harbor is responsible for maintenance and repair of all streets and alleys within the City of Toledo. This equipment will be used to assist crews in repairing city streets.
