SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The City of Toledo is entering into a contractual agreement with A & J Landscape, LLC in the amount of $63,325 to be used for the Green Infrastructure 2021 Invasives Control Project. The stormwater control measures called out in this project are components of the city's infrastructure and critical to complying with the Ohio EPA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for storm water. Bids for said project have been received and A&J has been selected as the best bidder.
