SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
Bids for brass fittings for the water repairs city wide have been received and Core & Main has been selected as the lowest and best bidder. Sufficient funds have been provided in the 2021 Operating Budget to pay the anticipated cost for the brass fittings contract.

Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the mayor is authorized to execute a one (1) year contract with (3) three one (1) year renewal options for the purchase of brass fittings for water repairs city wide upon such terms and conditions as the Public Utilities Director and the Law Director may deem requisite and proper.
SECTION 2. That contingent on annual appropriation an amount not to exceed $225,000 is authorized for expenditure annually over the term of the contract authorized in Section 1 from the Water Operating Fund, Account Code 6060-34000-...
