SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The Division of Streets, Bridges & Harbor has just accepted responsibility for the City of Toledo's Urban Blight Program. For the purpose of greater productivity of this program, the Division of Streets, Bridges & Harbor needs to procure a compact wheel loader. A Volvo L35GS Compact Wheel Loader has been located at a competitive price for immediate delivery from Rudd Equipment Company solicited through Sourcewell. Auction proceeds from previous equipment sales to will be used to fund the purchase.
