SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The City of Toledo is entering into a contractual agreement with Environmental Design Group in the amount of $84,977 to be used for the 2020 COT Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) Maintenance Project. The SCMs are components of the City's infrastructure and critical to complying with the Ohio EPA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for storm water. Bids for said project have been received and Environmental Design Group has been selected as the lowest and best bidder in accordance with TMC Chapter 187.
