SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
This Ordinance authorizes an annual expenditure of up to $70,000 for the herbicide, insecticide, pesticide, and fertilizer supply and delivery necessary to improve and maintain Toledo's three municipal golf courses: Ottawa Park Golf Course, Detwiler Park Golf Course, and Collins Park Golf Course.

NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That, subject to available appropriation in future years, an annual expenditure in an amount not to exceed $70,000 is authorized from the Golf Improvement Fund, Account Codes 2005-60300-5C13804STDSTD, 2005-60300-5C13805STDSTD, and 2005-60300-5C13806STDSTD, for the purchase of chemicals necessary for municipal golf course maintenance.
