Title
Authorizing the expenditure of $10,000 from the General Fund as a contribution for the TARTA TARPS program in order to restore weekend and holiday paratransit services; and declaring an emergency.

Body
SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
This ordinance authorizes the expenditure of funds for a contribution to the Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority (TARTA) TARPS program in order to restore paratransit services on weekends and holidays.
