SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The City of Toledo is entering into a grant agreement with Ohio EPA for an Implementing Ohio's Domestic Action Workplan subgrant in the amount of $179,400 to be used for the Delaware Creek Restoration Project. In addition to the subgrant, match funds in the amount of $119,600 will be utilized from the Stormwater Utility Improvement Fund.
Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the mayor is authorized to enter into a grant agreement with the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency for the State of Ohio's DAP Grant Program, upon terms acceptable to the Director of Public Utilities and the Director of Law.
SECTION 2. That the mayor is authorized to accept and deposit grant proceeds in an amount not to exceed $179,400 into the Operation Grants Fund Account Code 2016-38000-4UG2118STDSTD for the Delaware Creek Restoration Project.
