SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The City currently has 43 Xerox multi-function printers (MFPs), twelve of which are currently leased. The city acquired these MFPs from April 5, 2019 to August 9, 2022. The City is expecting these MFPs to continue providing reliable service for the next 5 to 7 years. This Ordinance authorizes entering into an amended agreement with ComDoc, Inc. to pay for existing lease payments and maintenance charges.

Summary
NOW THEREFORE Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:

SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized enter into an amended agreement with ComDoc, Inc. for a term not to exceed five years for lease payments and maintenance for the city's Xerox multi-function printers, upon terms and conditions acceptable to the Director of Finance and the Director of Law.

SECTION 2. That all expenditures related to the purpose listed in Section 1 are authorized subject to appropriations.

SECTION 3. That the Director of Finance is authorized to draw their warrant or warrants against approved appropriations in payment of the obligations authorized above upon presentation of proper voucher or vouchers.

SECTION 4. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure and shall be in force and effect from and after its passage. The reason for the emergency lies in the fact that same is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and property and for the further reason that this Ordinance must be immediately effective in order to continue uninterrupted support of the City's Xer...
