SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
In conjunction with the City of Toledo's acquisition of federal and state funding sources for infrastructure improvements, the city also works with and through TMACOG. The city's 2024 transportation assessment fee to TMACOG for their services is $53,600. Funds have been budgeted and are available in the 2024 Division of Engineering and Construction Management's operating budget to provide for this payment.

The Stormwater Coalition is made up of governments, universities, and non-government groups that contribute annual membership dues to TMACOG. The 2024 Mass Media Campaign works to educate the public, provide opportunities for public involvement, and promote sound policies and practices to manage storm water runoff in our communities to help preserve Lake Erie. Funds for these dues and media campaign total $28,031 and have been budgeted and are available in the approved 2024 Division of Environmental Services' operating budget to provide for this payment.
