Ordinance 476-21 previously authorized the acceptance of an Air Grant from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) in the amount of $1,347,358 and a grant amount from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) in the amount of $558,754 both of which were authorized to be deposited into the Operation Grant Fund. Subsequently, the OEPA increased their grant award by $150,000 to allow the purchase of ambient air monitoring equipment.
