SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
It is the desire of the Department of Public Utilities to disappropriate the remaining balances of completed capital projects in order to make said remaining funds available for future Sewer Replacement capital projects.

NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:

SECTION 1. That the following disappropriations are authorized:

$425,000 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-36000-4XC0417STDSTD $100,924 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-36000-4XC0511STDE05 $39,443 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-36000-4XC0714STDOR4 $71,749 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-36000-4XC0914STDSTD $68,948 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-36000-4XC0918STDSTD $1,316,486 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-36000-4XC2311STDSTD $200,000 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-35000-4XC0514STDSTD $46,843 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-35000-4XC1110STDSTD $107,162 from the Sewer Replacement Fund, Account Code 6073-35000-4XC3809STD02A.

SECTION 2. That the ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. The reason for the emergency lies in the fact that this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and property, and for the further reason that this Ordinance must be immediately effective in order to maintain the operational integrity of the Water Reclamation Plant, maintain compliance with the NPDES discharge permit requirements as set forth by the Ohio EPA, and timely ...
