Petitioner has filed a request to vacate a portion of an extinguished ODOT parcel of land located in the NW corner of Front Street and Craig Bridge Street, all within the City of Toledo, Lucas County Ohio.

NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the City Council does hereby declare its intent to vacate the right of way further described below:

Legal Description of Proposed ODOT Excess Lands Vacation: Being part of Lots 1 and 2 in Wilson Addition as recorded in Lucas County Plat Volume 17, Page 21, in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at a 1 inch iron bolt in concrete monument found at the intersection of the centerlines of Marina Drive South and Front Street.
Thence North 51 degrees, 23 minutes, 33 seconds East, along the centerline of Front Street, a distance of 712.23 feet to an aluminum plat monument found.
Thence North 38 degrees, 02 minutes, 56 seconds West, a distance of 60.00 feet to a magnetic nail set on the Northwesterly Right-of-way of Front Street, said point also being on the West line of Parcel 1-EXT1 in the Extinguishment of Easement, as recorded in Lucas County Official Record 20160705-0025785, said point also being the True Point of Beginning.
The following five courses are along the Northwesterly line of Parcel 1-EXT1 in the Extinguishment of Easement:
Thence continuing North 38 degrees, 25 minutes, 16 seconds West, a distance of 58.19 feet to a 1/2 inch galvanized steel pipe set.
