SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The Division of Transportation has been working with Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) and the Village on the design of an upgraded traffic signal at the intersection of Bancroft, Indian & Secor. The Division of Transportation is requesting the acceptance, deposit, appropriation and expenditure of $43,163.60 from funds provided by the Village. This money will be used to purchase decorative poles/mast arms and pedestals for the intersection to comply with the Village's aesthetic standards.

Passage of this ordinance is required to enable the City of Toledo to accept outside funding for these projects and have it in place to help pay for these expenditures. The fiscal impact of this ordinance is as follows:
- The amount of funds requested: $43,163.60
- The expenditure budget line item: 5040-22500-8CP2108SIGNAL
