SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
This Ordinance authorizes expending $302,750 from the Judges' Special Projects Trust Fund for the renovation of the Court Services office on the second floor of the Toledo Municipal Court. Funds are available for expenditure from the approved Judges' Special Projects Fund Budget.

Summary
NOW, THEREFORE,
Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $302,750 is authorized for expenditure from the Judges' Special Projects Trust Fund, Account Code 2090-10800-3T02923STDSTD for the renovation of the Court Services office on the second floor of the Toledo Municipal Court building.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is authorized to accept bids and award contracts for labor, materials, and professional services necessary for the purposes specified in Section 1, upon such terms and conditions as acceptable to the Directors of Public Service and Law.
SECTION 3. That the Director of Finance is authorized to draw warrant or warrants against the Account Code in Section 1 in payment of the above authorized obligations upon presentation of the proper voucher or vouchers.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. The reason for the emergency lies in the fact that the same is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and property, and for further reason that the Ordinance must be immediately effective in order to allow the timely repair or replacement of major mechanical systems and structural repairs to city facilities.
