SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The City of Toledo is the fee owner of a certain parcel of land along and adjacent to the Jackman Road located at and known as 4671 Jackman Rd (TD Parcel 18-23107), the entrance to Bowman Park adjacent to the Chessie Circle Trail crossing of Jackman Rd. This dedication will allow any utilities and/or public improvements that may be required now or in the future, including, but not limited to, utilities, sewers and pedestrian improvements.
This project does not require the City to expend or receive funds.
The fiscal impact of this ordinance is as follows:

Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the parcel of land described herein be and the same hereby is dedicated for public highway and roadway purposes, including but not limited to utilities and sewers.
The legal description of said land to be dedicated as public right of way is attached hereto and made a part hereof as EXHIBIT "A"."
SECTION 2. That the Real Estate Section is hereby directed to cause a certified copy of this Ordinance to be recorded in the records of the Lucas County Recorder.
