SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The City of Toledo is entering into a contractual agreement with A & J Landscape, LLC in the amount of $53,404 to be used for the Green Infrastructure 2021 Landscape Maintenance Project. The stormwater control measures called out in this project are components of the city's infrastructure and critical to complying with the Ohio EPA National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit for storm water. Bids for said project have been received and A&J Landscape has been selected as the best bidder.
