This Ordinance authorizes expending $150,000 from the approved 2020 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) budget for Bancroft and Scottwood traffic signal installation.

NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That an amount not to exceed $150,000 is authorized for expenditure from the Capital Improvement Fund, Account Code 5040-22500-8CP2044SIGBAN for installation of a traffic signal at Bancroft and Scottwood.
SECTION 2. That the mayor is authorized to accept bids and award a contract for the purposes specified in Section 1.
