SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
Ordinance 254-19 authorized the mayor to enter into a contract with Enterprise Fleet Management for vehicle and equipment replacement for the city's fleet. The Toledo Police Department plans to utilize this contract for leasing patrol vehicles for the Department over the next three (3) years.
The fiscal impact of this Ordinance is as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That, subject to available appropriation in future years, the annual expenditure of an amount up to $300,000 is authorized from the Capital Improvement Fund, Account Code 5040-52000-89CP2010POLLSE, for vehicle replacement for the Toledo Police Department.
