SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The Toledo Police Department has requested and received $38,231.85 in Ohio Drug Law Enforcement Fund grant funds from the Ohio Office of Criminal Justice Services to conduct drug investigations. There is a local match of $12,745.17 required for this grant, which will be for personnel salaries already included in the Operating Budget. The grant funds will increase the department's ability to conduct drug enforcement investigations.
