Authorizing the mayor to establish a Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) Expendable Trust Fund to accept and deposit seizures of cash and or property made by the NOVFTF; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of the NOVFTF Expendable Trust Fund proceeds in compliance with the U.S. Department of Justice's Guide to Equitable Sharing of Federally Forfeited Property for State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies; and declaring an emergency.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
This ordinance authorizes the mayor to establish a Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) Expendable Trust Fund. The fund will be maintained by the Toledo Police Department and used at the discretion of the United States Marshall Service to further the mission of the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
