SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to accept the donation from EnviroServe for 68 cases of Kleenguard A35 liquid and particle protection coveralls with a total market value of $5,436.00.

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
