The City of Toledo Fire and Rescue Department has received a donation of 68 cases of Kleenguard A35 liquid and particle protection coveralls to be used during emergency medical responses to contain patient bodily particulates from contaminated patients.

NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to accept the donation from EnviroServe for 68 cases of Kleenguard A35 liquid and particle protection coveralls with a total market value of $5,436.00.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
