SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The purpose of this legislation is to allow the Toledo Police Department to donate three retired police vehicles to the Toledo Police Museum. The vehicles will be displayed to preserve the history of their use in service to the citizens of Toledo.

Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the donation and transfer of vehicle #515, a retired TPD 1973 Harley Davidson trike motorcycle vin#SA44490H3, vehicle #34, a retired TPD 2012 Harley Davidson motorcycle vin#1HD1FMM10CB665176, and vehicle #59, a retired TPD 1986 Ford E350 Bomb Squad truck vin#1FDKE37H6GHA18503, is authorized to the Toledo Police Museum for the sum of zero dollars and no cents.
SECTION 2. That the transfer of the titles of the vehicles in section 1 are authorized to be made from the City of Toledo to the Toledo Police Museum.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
