Title
Authorizing an operating transfer of $700,000 from the General Fund to the Golf Course Improvement Fund for the continued operation of the Ottawa Park, Detwiler, and Collins Park municipal golf courses; authorizing an increase of $850,000 in estimated revenues for the Golf Course Improvement Fund; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of $1,550,000 from the Golf Course Improvement Fund for golf course operations; and declaring an emergency.
