SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
This legislation authorizes the disappropriation of $18,856.35 to close out the 2016 ESG funding year to provide the necessary funding for stabilization and/or emergency services to address ending homelessness in the Toledo community.

The financial impact of this Ordinance is the opportunity to provide additional services for homeless prevention to the citizens of Toledo.

Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:

SECTION 1. That previously appropriated but unexpended ESG funds from the 2016 program year, totaling $18,856.35 are authorized to be disappropriated from the 2016 ESG year and be re-appropriated per Schedule A, attached hereto and made a part herein in its entirety.

SECTION 2. That the re-appropriation of $18,856.35 from the unappropriated balance of the 2016 program year of ESG funds is authorized for expenditure per Schedule A; attached hereto and made a part herein in its entirety.

SECTION 3. That an expenditure not to exceed $18,856.35 is authorized and further authorizing any necessary agreements for the purposes listed in Schedule A subject to the terms and conditions deemed proper and requisite according to the Director of Law.

SECTION 4. That the Finance Director is authorized to issue his warrant or warrants in an amount not to exceed $18,856.35 in payment of all obligations upon presentation of properly approved documentation.
