Title
Authorizing the disappropriation of $2,358,376 from the Capital Improvement Fund; authorizing the appropriation and expenditure of $2,358,376 from the Capital Improvement Fund for the 2018 General Resurfacing Program; authorizing the mayor to prepare plans and specifications, acquire required rights-of-way as appropriate, and enter into contracts for these projects within the Division of Engineering Services; and declaring an emergency.

This ordinance authorizes the disappropriation of $1,858,376 from the Roadway Matches & Planning Program authorized under Ord. 32-18 and $500,000 from Various Improvement Projects authorized under Ord. 447-17; and the appropriation of the same into the 2018 General Resurfacing Program, thus allowing for the successful completion of all the planned street construction projects in both programs. Expedient passage of this ordinance is critical in ensuring that opened bids for the projects can be awarded in a timely fashion to allow for completion of the roads this year.

Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:

SECTION 1. That the following disappropriations are au...
