In addition, Ergometrics offers custom promotional written exams and/or assessment center exercises for the ranks of Police Sergeant, Police Lieutenant, Police Captain, Fire Lieutenant and Fire Captain. Ergometrics staff includes professional test developers with advanced degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
