Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Toledo:

SECTION 1. That Toledo City Council is pleased to honor the 50th anniversary of the Kielbasa Bowl, in part because it showcases the dedication Stanley’s Market has to North Toledo traditions. Of course, the Kielbasa Bowl serves up piping hot, delicious Stanley’s Kielbasa on the sidelines at halftime. Nothing else will do. For over 20 years, the halftime kielbasa has been prepared to perfection by Coach & Chef Tom Webb. Furthermore, Toledo City Council believes that neighborhood traditions like Point Place’s Kielbasa Bowl are what make certain that You Will Do Better in Toledo.

SECTION 2.                     That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the earliest date allowed by law.
