Attached is the latest cost breakdown for the lease. We are working on the list and estimates for the work/upgrades that need to occur. We are trying to get that list completed by Friday and will answer in Ref-123-26. The portion in the spreadsheet that has the “quotes received” is NOT the entire list of work/upgrades.  Let me know if anything else is needed.
