SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
This ordinance authorizes the reappropriation of $5,544,192 within the Sewer Replacement Fund and $24,097 within the Storm Replacement fund as listed in Appendix A.
Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the reappropriation of $5,544,192 is authorized within the Sewer Replacement Fund as listed in Appendix A Section 1.
SECTION 2. That the reappropriation of $24,097 is authorized within the Storm Replacement fund as listed in Appendix A Section 2.
SECTION 3. That any other adjustments or transfers for line-item expenditures, as listed in Appendix A, and deemed necessary by the Director of Public Utilities and the Director of Finance are authorized.
SECTION 4. That this Ordinance is declared to be an emergency measure and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage; the reason for the emergency lies in the fact that this Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety, and property, and for the further reason that this Ordinance must be immediately effective in order to permit these projects to proceed.
