Summary
WHEREAS, Michelle was a passionate and generous woman known best for her willingness to help others and her love of family, all animals in need and the "Library Village Neighborhood"; and
WHEREAS, Michelle will live on in the memories of those who knew and loved her: her children; Alexis, Ashley (Rose) and Chase; sisters, Katie (Doug), Kristie (Gregg) and mother Marilyn; and
WHEREAS, Michelle was born and raised in Toledo, she put her talents to use whenever she could to assist others; be it assisting at St. Catherine's Parish, participating in neighborhood concerns with the Library Village Toledo Neighborhood Block Watch or events with Sylvania Ave. Neighbors, advocating for the revitalizing of the Library Village/St. Catherine's Neighborhood and the Sylvania Ave. corridor, protecting neighbors by raising awareness of the Westwood Theater and her favorite being the creation of the Library Village Park; and
WHEREAS, Michelle did not allow her valiant 15-year battle with cancer to stop her, she used her illness to motivate herself to live life to the fullest; utilizing her talents to decorate for family events, gardening, start plant swaps, and organizing anyone and anything that sat still; and to never stop being a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan; and
WHEREAS, ever a Public Servant, Michelle became a contact and liaison between government officials and the people, she was always willing to assist those who sought her advice. Michelle never said "no" when asked for help and used her Graphic Arts background to develop flyers, media notices, Facebook pages, and whatever means she had available to her at the time; NOW, THEREFORE,
