1.                     Request for a Zone Change from “CO” Office Commercial to “RD6” Duplex Residential for the property located at 1302 Kelsey Avenue (Z26-0013). The Plan Commission recommends approval. (District 3)

 

2.                     Request for a Zone Change from “IL” Limited Industrial to “CR” Regional Commercial for the property located at 3910 Haverhill Drive (Z26-0014). The Plan Commission recommends approval. (District 6)

 

3.                     Request for a Special Use Permit for Storage of Towaway Vehicles for the property located at 5825 Angola Road (SUP26-0018). The Plan Commission recommends approval, subject to 29 conditions and 2 waivers. (District 2)

 

4.                     Request for a Special Use Permit for a Scrap and Salvage Facility for the property located at 4103 Lagrange Street (SUP26-0011).  The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to 44 conditions and 3 waivers. (District 6)

 

5.                     Request for a Special Use Permit for a Gas Station for the property located at 2485 N. Detroit Avenue (SUP25-0037). The Plan Commission recommends approval subject to 38 conditions. (District 4)

 

6.                     Request for a Local Landmark Designation for the Dura Building located at 4500 N. Detroit Avenue (M-14-26). The Plan Commission recommends approval. (District 6)

 

7.                     Review of outstanding studies within the Plan Commission.

 

8.                     Review of upcoming moratorium expiration dates.
