Referral Response:

ANSWER: In terms of man-hours (person hours) it is estimated that there are about 3,120 hours worked to enforce.  If including hourly wage and fringe benefits as the cost, estimating that there are 200 stores that meet the definition of Convivence Store, the License fee would need to be $705 to cover that cost.   However, please note this does not include cost of mailings, postage, vehicles, supplies, equipment, etc.
