SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The City of Toledo Division of Water Distribution has reached an agreement with Local 7 to allow subcontracting on street cut pavement restoration work. This effort is limited to the designated area and serves only to assist with the backlog of work. It will not set a precedent for future restoration work. This ordinance authorizes the expenditure of funds to repair utility cut damaged due to water main break repairs and improvements in Lucas County. This is necessary to maintain safe, reliable service.
