SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
This ordinance authorizes an amended agreement (previous ordinance O-533-22) with Euna Solutions Business Portal, Residential Portal and ZoningCheck, which together comprise Permit Planner. The Business Portal demonstrates to entrepreneurs the costs and requirements of starting a business or completing a development project. The Residential Portal Shows homeowners how to comply with code and permit requirements for home improvement projects. ZoningCheck aids applicants in understanding how the zoning code will impact site selection and project requirements.

In 2023, Euna Solution's Application platform launched for Convenience Store licenses and Mobile Food Vending permits. In 2024, the platform will also allow citizens to apply and pay online for Special Event Permits.

Annual total cost is as follows, with the option to add additional applications ($1,200 - $3,200/application) as needs arise:

NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:

SECTION 1. That the Mayor is authorized to enter into an amended agreement with Euna Solutions (f.k.a.
