SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
This Ordinance authorizes the appropriation and expenditure of $910,099 from the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund for the St. Anthony's Multi-Purpose Recreational Space.

The Toledo Recovery Plan amended by Ordinance 317-24 includes these additional funds.


Summary
NOW THEREFORE Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:

SECTION 1. That the disappropriation of $400,000 is authorized from the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund Account Code 2021-40100- 7PARKSF003NEI.

SECTION 2. That the appropriation of $910,099 is authorized from the unappropriated balance of the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund to Account Code 2021-40100-7PARKSS009NEI and the expenditure of same is authorized for the St. Anthony's Multi-Purpose Recreational Space.

SECTION 3. That the Mayor is authorized to enter into an agreement with the Lucas County Land Reutilization Corporation for the purposes authorized in Section 2, upon terms and conditions acceptable to the Director of Parks and Youth Services and the Director of Law.

SECTION 4. That the Director of Finance is authorized to draw their warrant or warrants against the Account Code in Section 1 in an amount not to exceed $910,099 in payment of the above-authorized obligations upon presentation of the proper voucher or vouchers.
