SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
On July 15, 2025, City Council adopted Resolution 297-25 requesting the Toledo Plan Commission conduct a study of zoning district classifications in the historic Vistula neighborhood. On January 15, 2026, the Toledo Plan Commission recommended approval of the various zone changes reflected in the report of this study (Exhibit A, M-9-25). On February 18, 2026, the Toledo City Council, Zoning and Planning Committee, recommended approval of the listed zone changes reflected below.
Summary
NOW THEREFORE Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the zoning maps attached to Toledo Municipal Code ("TMC"), Part 11, Planning and Zoning, are hereby authorized to be revised by changing the zoning for the following six (6) properties from General Industrial "IG" to Limited Industrial "IL":
