SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The State of Ohio has made a grant available for bars and restaurants that suffered revenue losses from the pandemic during 2020. Two of the City's municipal golf courses, Ottawa and Detwiler, are eligible under the established guidelines and have been approved to receive $2,500 each.
The fiscal impact of this Ordinance is as follows:

Summary
NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo
SECTION 1. That the amount of $5,000 is authorized to be accepted from the State of Ohio, Bar and Restaurant Assistance Fund Grant and deposited into the Golf Improvement Fund to Account Codes 2005-60300-5C13804STDSTD and 2005-60300-5C13805STDSTD ($2,500 each).
SECTION 2. That the Mayor is authorized to execute and deliver needed applications and documentation to facilitate the receipt of the grant funds.
