SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
This ordinance authorizes the Mayor to enter into a three-year time keeping software agreement with InTime Solutions, Inc. InTime has been the timekeeping software provider for TPD since 2013. Additionally, InTime has agreed to extend our current pricing level for the duration of this new three-year agreement. This three-year agreement is for 2022, 2023, and 2024 totaling $43,209.

Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:

SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a three-year time keeping software agreement with InTime Solutions, Inc.

SECTION 2. That the amount not to exceed $14,403, annually, is authorized for expenditure from the General Fund Account Code 1001-52000-3381002STDSTD for the annual cost of InTime timekeeping software, subject to future appropriations.

SECTION 3. That this council finds it in the best interest of the city to waive the competitive bidding requirements of TMC Chapter 187 for the reason that InTime Solutions, Inc. has been the TPD provider for this service since 2013 and they have agreed to maintain the current pricing for an additional three years.

SECTION 4. That the Finance Director is authorized to draw a warrant or warrants against the above referenced Account Code in Section 2 in payment of the obligation authorized in Section 1 herein, and upon presentation of proper voucher or vouchers.
