SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
An application (Z26-0010) for a proposed change in zoning from "CR" Regional Commercial to "RS6" Single-Dwelling Residential for the property located at 5860 Secor Road, in Toledo, Ohio, was submitted to the Toledo City Plan Commission for its review and recommendation.
On June 11, 2026, the Toledo City Plan Commission recommended approval of the request for a zone change from "CR" Regional Commercial to "RS6" Single-Dwelling Residential for the property located at 5860 Secor Road, in Toledo, Ohio.
On July 15, 2026, the Toledo City Council Zoning and Planning Committee referred as approved the request for a zone change from "CR" Regional Commercial to "RS6" Single-Dwelling Residential for the property located at 5860 Secor Road, in Toledo, Ohio.
Summary
NOW THEREFORE Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the zoning maps attached to Part 11, Planning and Zoning, Toledo Municipal Code, are hereby authorized to be revised by changing the zoning district of that part of the City of Toledo more fully described as follows:
The Northerly 51.31 feet of Lot Number Seven (7) and the Southerly 8.69 feet of Lot Number Eight (8) in Trilby Place, a Subdivision in the City of Toledo, Lucas County, Ohio.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Toledo City Plan Commission is hereby authorized and directed to make the said change on the original zoning maps.
