I reached out to Path Toth with ConnecToledo on 6/13/25.  He still intends to create a funding program for the downtown parking lots, but is waiting for the legislation to pass and the parking lots operators to be identified (those who are interested).  He will then set up meetings with those owners and work out the program.   He remains committed to the funding program.
