Title
Authorizing the Mayor to accept bids and enter into contract for a Multi-Sensor Sewer Inspection (MSSI); authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $39,900 from the Storm Water Operating Fund; and declaring an emergency.

Body
SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The Division of Sewer & Drainage Services desires to conduct a Multi-Sensor Sewer Inspection (MSSI) to evaluate sewer conditions at the 102-inch interceptor on Sylvania Avenue. The inspection will assist the division in evaluating if there are any structural or operational defects so that we are able to prioritize maintenance and potential rehabilitation.
