SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
An application (Z25-0035) for a proposed change in zoning from "CR" Regional Commercial to "IG" General Industrial for the property located at 1805 E. Manhattan Boulevard, in Toledo, Ohio, was submitted to the Toledo City Plan Commission for its review and recommendation.
On November 6, 2025, the Toledo City Plan Commission recommended approval of the request for a zone change from "CR" Regional Commercial to "IG" General Industrial for the property located at 1805 E. Manhattan Boulevard, in Toledo, Ohio.
On December 10, 2025, the Toledo City Council Zoning and Planning Committee referred as approved the request for a zone change from "CR" Regional Commercial to "IG" General Industrial for the property located at 1805 E. Manhattan Boulevard, in Toledo, Ohio.
Summary
NOW THEREFORE Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the zoning maps attached to Part 11, Planning and Zoning, Toledo Municipal Code, are hereby authorized to be revised by changing the zoning district of that part of the City of Toledo more fully described as follows:
8 9 19 NE 1/4 PT LAWRENCE LANDS THT PT W 1/2 LYING N OF MANHATTAN BLVD AS WIDENED & SE OF EX PWY BEING 212.11 FT ON N LINE MANHATTAN BLVD BY 150
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Toledo City Plan Commission is hereby authorized and directed to make the said change on the original zoning maps.
