The Division does not have the equipment and resources to remove wastewater sludge from the non-functioning tank or dewater and dispose of said sludge at accepted facilities. The Division requests permission to contact qualified and experienced contractors to handle emergency tank cleaning services. The Division would normally advertise for formal and informal bids when project completion is not critical for plant operations.
