SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
The city of Toledo Fire and Rescue Department has received a community grant from Walmart not to exceed Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1,500). Fire Station 21 located at Detroit and Glendale Ave will receive the grant, which serves the community of the nearby Glendale Ave. Wal-Mart location. This grant will be used specifically to purchase a much needed tool shed to store and secure station lawn equipment.

Summary
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Council of the City of Toledo:
SECTION 1. That the mayor is authorized to enter into a grant agreement with Walmart and to accept and deposit an amount not to exceed $1,500 into Account Code 2016-53000- 3G02416STDSTD for the purchase of a shed to store lawn and garden equipment for Fire Station 21.
