Please submit to Council a copy of the ARCADIS report for the Bayview Water Reclamation Plant. Als why is the proposed Water Rec Plant going to be a similar size of the Houston TX water rec plant?

Houston, Texas operates 39 wastewater treatment plants across a service area of more than 600 square miles. Toledo operates one wastewater treatment plant serving roughly 100 square miles. Given the significant differences in geography, scale, and system design, any direct comparison between them is flawed.
The ARCADIS plans for Bayview Water Reclamation are confidential, and to maintain security, cannot be shared publicly through Legistar.
