SUMMARY & BACKGROUND:
Biosolids are a byproduct of the waste water treatment process generated at the Bay View Wastewater Treatment Plant. The biosolids generated will be hauled off-site by the contracted company and disposed of by methods that will meet the Ohio EPA approved division's recycling/reuse land application program. The terms of this contract are for five years with two additional two year extensions.
